Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights and may remove or disable access to content when we receive a valid complaint. This process is for content hosted through Tervane; complaints about content hosted elsewhere should be sent to that provider.
Copyright notice
Send notices to vilgot@moeschlin.com. Include your contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact location of the allegedly infringing material, why you believe the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Response
We may request more information, forward the notice to the affected user, restrict access to material, or preserve relevant records where appropriate. A user who believes material was restricted by mistake may respond through the same address with supporting information.
Repeat infringement and other rights
We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also act on trademark, privacy, or other rights complaints. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or mistake may create liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice.
