Refund and Cancellation Policy

How subscription cancellation, failed builds, and refund requests work.

Cancellation

You may cancel from Settings at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period unless the account is deleted. Deleting an account also attempts to cancel active subscriptions.

Refunds

Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period starts. Contact vilgot@moeschlin.com promptly if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or could not use the paid service because of a verified service failure. We will review the request fairly.

Failed builds and unused usage

Generation credits reserved but unused before provider work begins are released, as described on the pricing page. Provider work already performed remains metered. Unused plan capacity has no cash value and does not roll over unless the plan expressly says otherwise.

Consumer withdrawal rights

If mandatory consumer law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, that right applies. For digital services begun during a withdrawal period, we will request any acknowledgement or consent required by applicable law and handle cancellation and refunds accordingly. The final production policy must be reviewed for the company's country and sales markets.
